The project consists of three phases.
1. Development stage: a) updating condition surveys, schedules of work, b) undertake community consultation and start to prepare a plan for the future use of the church, c) governance and succession training to strengthen the church’s capacity/ability to manage the building works programme and to lead it into its new role.
2. Undertake priority building works to remove the church from the Heritage at Risk list and begin to build a programme of activities that reflect its new role.
3. Complete the necessary building works to enable the church to fulfil its new role, consolidate activities, and prepare a development plan for future sustainability.
